Design and development experience with skills in leading and mentoring teams, task planning, estimation and tracking.
Sound J2EE/ Java Skills (Core Java, Struts, EJB, JSP) and Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in client interaction/co-ordination is a must.
Experience in any open source technology RDMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Firebird.
Should have 4+ years experience in programming and 1+ yrs experience as Team/Group lead.

Design and Development skills in Java related technologies like J2EE.
Sound knowledge in Core Java and knowledge in frameworks like Struts or spring. Familiarity with CVS, design patterns are added advantage. Should have a thorough knowledge in SQL.
Familiarity with Basic User level Linux admin task is appreciated.
Academic qualification BTech/MCA/MSc
Experience software development 2+ yrs.
